Sky Over Berlin

Throughout the entire year of 2016, I embarked on a journey to document the kaleidoscope of colors that adorned Berlin’s sky each day.

This artistic endeavor is an ode to the boundless beauty of the sky, revealing its diverse palette, from the serene blues to the gentle whites and the enigmatic greys that dance across the horizon. Each day, I captured a unique moment in time and space, often during the tranquil midday hours, to capture the sky’s ever-changing canvas.

The project is a celebration of artistic expression and abstract exploration, transcending the confines of objective data collection. Yet, it aims to maintain a sense of purpose and authenticity, capturing the authentic essence of each day’s sky with as little arbitrariness as possible.
